We do not conduct or book tickets for Manimahesh yatra by helicopter, but you can book the tickets online or over the counter at Bharmour Helipad.
Helicopter Services for Manimahesh Yatra 2024
The helicopter service for the Manimahesh Yatra in 2024 will be operated by two companies: Thumby Aviation and Rajas Aerosports and Adventures Pvt Ltd. These companies have been selected by the government to provide safe and reliable air transport for pilgrims from Bharmour to Gauri Kund, the closest point to the Manimahesh Lake.
Booking Your Helicopter Tickets
Tickets for the helicopter service can be booked both online and offline. The booking is divided into 75% online reservations and 25% offline bookings available at the counter at Bharmour Helipad.

Helicopter Ticket Fares for 2024
The fare structure for the Manimahesh Yatra helicopter service in 2024 is as follows:
- Same Day Return Ticket or Next Day Return Ticket:
- Bharmour ➝ Gauri Kund ➝ Bharmour: ₹7,750
- One-Way Ticket:
- Bharmour ➝ Gauri Kund or Gauri Kund ➝ Bharmour: ₹3,875
It’s important to note that one-way tickets are available on a current basis only, and availability may be limited, so plan accordingly.
Helicopter Service Details
The helicopter flight from Bharmour to Gauri Kund takes approximately 8 minutes, providing a quick and scenic journey over the mountainous terrain. Upon arrival at Gauri Kund, pilgrims must trek the final 1 kilometer to reach the Manimahesh Lake.
Accommodation Near Bharmour Helipad
For those planning to stay in Bharmour, Hotel Bharmour View is a convenient option located just 300-400 meters from the Bharmour Helipad. This proximity allows easy access to the helicopter service, especially for early morning flights. While the hotel does not offer helicopter tickets or packages, it provides updated information on the helicopter service, making it a valuable resource for pilgrims.

Manimahesh Yatra Helicopter Service:
Helicopter flight is available from Bharmour to Gaurikund and return. Manimahesh Lake is at a walking distance of 1 km from Gaurikund. Helicopter flight takes only 8 minutes from Bharmour to Gauri kund (Manimahesh) by helicopter. Tickets can be booked according to desired period of stay at Bharmour or Manimahesh. Manimahesh Yatra is popular for taking holy bath in manimahesh lake, Manimahesh Kailash Darshan, Manimahesh Mani Darshan and Manimahesh Jyot Darshan. Official period of Manimahesh Yatra is from Janamashtami to Radhashtami but Pilgrims/tourists start visiting Manimahesh from May and keep on visiting until October. Best period to Visit Manimahesh is from June to Septemeber. Helicopter service is available only during official period of Manimahesh Yatra i.e. Janamashtami to Radhashtami.
